Prices are considered high relative to South African earnings, but if you come with pounds and dollars it's inexpensive. We are very fortunate to have good quality food, fruit and veg. To be honest Africa has everything we need for all our people to live comfortably. If only we can put an end to corruption and colonial looting of our resources. #africarise your time is now!

Well, I guess the news has been lying to us about South Africa and Zimbabwe them starving to death. They explored all the farmers so they have no food. Their power company is failing the train system is failing, but if they’re doing this good, then that means the news is lying to usno more federal assistance if they’re doing this well.

Most african countries food will most times have less sugar or less salt than what people in the states even if its the same brand found in the states , you'll also find the uk have less of the sugar or salt in there food.
That curry spice brand is good if your knowledge of spices is not up to scratch. It is my go-to brand.

You actually went to the most expensive grocery store here. It wasn’t always, Woolworths used to be. I found that when I lived in the US groceries were so cheap. I got so much for $50 when I went to a smaller grocery store but that wasn’t the case at Whole Foods 😅
The food looks excellent. I’m seeing people say the pricing is high however I would be so happy because we are robbed here in the US.

We only have problems with chicken import that are forcibly omported to us by the US, they firced us to shut our rainbow chicken so we can buy their left over chicken with high brine, we now eat chicken strips over full chicken.
