We need more younger millionaires in ghana. A house like this some old man in his 60 will buy it and not do much in there and later will sell it or give it to his family members who will not have the funds to maintain it.
Honestly speaking the house is contemporarily stunnin. The price is at a higher end due to its location. But won’t mind scooping this at a more less expensive neighborhood.

Very Beautiful house but what is the point of the security door when there so many plain floor to ceiling glasses without burglar proofs? 😂One stone, and thieves will be dining with you in your house😂…..I understand burglar proofs are a personal optional feature, but for this price point, I suggest after purchase the developer should make them available for the people who need them at no extra charge. Because lets face it, when buying a house, your security MUST be number 1 on your list and Ghanaian developers have to have this in mind when building….So many new buildings for sale now in Ghana have so many loopholes of security on them…..and its not like Ghana is the safest place to live too so I don't get it…Other than that, Beautiful house!

It is nice to see a house without the awful POP lighting. The primary room bathroom unfortunately has terrible placement. Good to see a kitchen that looks modern without high gloss everywhere. Handles do make all the difference especially when you don’t want figure prints all over the doors.
