  1. I don’t understand people on here criticizing him for not “sticking with a certain club” he does reviews and gives his opinion on the club/product he’s reviewing. Really it’s not hard to understand.

  2. Nice review on the new Black Ops. Considering a fitting at King of Prussia PA USA. Their Gen6 P irons perform and feel as good as most forged clubs. Look forward to your review of the Tour1. Wondering about the bag you had on course for this video. Looks really sharp! Ogio or Sun Mountain ??

  3. I went and got fitted for this driver and I will say, I’ve never thought highly of PXG drivers but the black ops is definitely PXG best driver they have produced and will compete with any on the market this year!

  4. I no kidding also have my 10.5* sim2 cranked up one notch (+0.75*) total of 11.25* total.

It just seems to work far more often than even I expected.

It does just slightly close the race and my miss is already left, but it doesn’t seem to punish me. Maybe I can go at it harder and that lets me leave the face open a tad? I dunno

  5. There certainly is a strong argument for more loft and not low spin models for the vast majority of golfers who need accuracy and help more than huge distance on your average parkland course.

  6. I’ve tried and ordered one of these – went to pxg from a paradym triple diamond last year when i couldn’t keep it on the planet, biggest gain was the forgiveness and distance maintained on worse strikes… the new one is as they advertised, high launch and low spin, I’m playing 1.5 more loft than before and it barely spun over 2000 but didn’t drop off on mishits so is actually playable, +10 carry and the wind won’t touch it, very excited to see how it shakes out in the season

  7. Nice video the PXG shop/fitting area look really high end! Would like to see a nice comparison video of all the new drivers tested on the same day just nice to see the numbers for all fo them.

  8. Great review and very interesting loft setting as your normally 9 / 9.5, that said that KBS shaft is a whopping £240 uncharge bringing this driver to £789 ouch!

  9. Problem I have is all the driver reviews are on the same holes and the drives all seem to end up in exactly the same place. So operator hits the ball to that location, not the driver, in fairness it’s not James fault, the technology has got as far as it’s likely to get. Naturally all manufacturers will dissect the oppositions produce, steal some ideas and you end up with very similar offerings. This is review time of year, and James is no different, you can only review what’s put in front of you. If you buy based on reviews you are mad, go try the drivers, and use a good recommended fitter, rather than a sales operation, promoting the products that deliver the best profit. Try and hit your choice outside, not just on a simulator, and definitely make at least two visits, so that you hit the driver on a day when you are not really at it, you want the club that matches you, good and bad.

  10. I would love to see you finalize a driver true to your fitting and best results no matter what brand it is that’s what we are all after best results
