Islands only get developed once governments offer tax incentives for businesses. Real estate no matter where you go, is always a first investment because of the tax write offs. South Africa might offer tax incentives for business soon, hence I bought 90 acres land in South Africa, which already has the infrastructure.
Would like to visit and experience
I would check out Msonge Organic Family Farm. They deliver as well.
Love the background so serene and peaceful. Also love the rooster in the background
Dont give to much secrets about Zanzibar island because there islands are way cheaper then the islands close to America so this inlighten might make the prices go up let me get my land 1st in Zanzibar lol🤫
YOU LOOK SO SEXY
I have a plot in Paje, Zanzibar 5 minutes drive to Paje beach. I am looking to partner with investors to build 50 rooms Airbnb.
Queen of Queens 👸🏽⭐️
Very informative ✅
Tanzanians were enslaved in Zanzibar; that is the main reason why Zanzibar is a part of Tanzania
Investment to investors is considered a loss
I love what you’re doing for the continent and the positive vibe that radiates from you all the time. However please do not call the citizens of Africa NATIVES. You are now sounding like a White colonizer, or a person who just discovered Zanzibar. Keep up the good work. 1🌍
Hello 👋 beautiful 😍
Really Zan has very bad infrastructure, some roads lead you to five star resorts in very bad shapes and they don't care about it.
Hi Ashley! I’m glad you’re back in East Africa and enjoying your time and experience! I’m Kenyan and I know Tz is undergoing some good transformation in many sectors so it automatically makes it attractive for investors like yourself, right?
And apart from Dar and Zanzibar, I would also like to urge you to strongly consider the coastal region of Kenya which is currently undergoing massive infrastructural transformation, from world class highways to tall highrise apartments and SEZs!
2:37 This issue of not so great roads in Zanzibar wouldn’t be much of an issue in places like Mombasa!
Otherwise feel free and welcomed here in East Africa! 🙌
I've been living in Tanzania for over a year now after being born, raised and lived in the U.S. for 43 years.. I'm investing in Bajajis in Dar es Salaam with my Tanzanian wife and I can testify that I'm doing MUCH better here than I was in the U.S.
Go Ashley, go!
