Great vlog/content
I was one of those people that sent an email to Kwame and didn't get a reply so my instant reaction was.. "what was going on?"
Also, can you clarify what unit of measurement the land is in. Is it feet or meters?, so is it 70 feet x 70 feet?
Also if foreigners can't own freehold land, will there be an exception regarding these lands, will I be able to give it to my children when the normal leasehold runs out in 99 years?, Also will I have to pay ground rent or land rent to the chief in the future.?
I kind of got the impression that the project was going to put the infrastructure in ( Road, electricity and possibly water) to the development. I heard in another video that an organised solar system would be done so I thought there was a kind of housing association or land association rules and coordinated development.
If the land is fully raw, does it mean that I got to dig my own well, install my own solar and make my own road to my plot of land?
I don't mind and prefer the freedom and flexibility to do things the way that I like but I kind of got the impression that there was a lot of restrictions.
Oh we actually say "at the petrol station" here in the UK 🇬🇧, even though they sell diesel too 😂
Waiting for your response in either a video or a typed response.
What might be a good topic would be 10 reasons to move to Ghana if you haven't done it yet.
Peace 😊
You're wise beyond your years Ms, Ivy Prosper may God bless you and your family Amen
Greetings Ivy Prosper, excellent points you are making on debt, so true and I am very glad that I am debt free at this stage in my life. Thanks for sharing.
Hi Ivy. I could not find the book on Amazon.
you are beautiful physically, mentally, spiritually
Hello Ivy please inform Mr. Kwame that the website to sign up for the land does not work at all
Sister, you get MUCH LOVE from the majority of us! The hell with the damn trolls!
In Ghana, 24 hours actually means 72 hours
Stop advertising Ghanaian lands to foreigners. Do you consider what you're what bringing upon the country encouraging foreigners to come to Ghana and buy lands? where they do this at? imagine a country were lands and owned by foreigners
I love that you give the pros and cons as someone coming from the West. Especially a single women.
You don't need to be rich as you said Ivy to lived in Africa- we just need to change our mindset. My parents are good example even when they lived in the western world they refuse things on credit they saved for everything that they wanted.
Another very good and informative video. people should not jump into things do your research asked questions. I am going to buy the book.
I need those cat eyes, where did u find them?
Hi Ivy, with all the uncertainty that exists right now, I've been focused and productive on my home-based business.
we are looking to expand our business in Ghana.
I’m not sure if this is a fit for you but do you know anyone that wants to make some extra money working part-time.
Would you be open to taking a look? If not, No problem.
Kind regards, for more details contact me here steverobin@protonmail.com
Thanks Ivy, keep up the good work. Looking forward to watching your video on the new residential community in Tema.
I think it make sense not to depend on credit you are better off saving towards what you want .My brother has been able to build his two bedroom house in tema with out credit is all about patient, discipline and determination.
Thank you Ivy, For your detail commentary with Mr. Kwame. Please continue discussions.
sending Email would be a great bussiness oppurtunity and a job creator
This was extremely helpful. Thank you for the clarification. 🙏🏾👍🏼Btw…love the earrings. Where can I get them?
So sorry others have taken it upon themselves to be rude and disrespectful to you. Please know that your videos and efforts are appreciated. Absolutely no one is being forced to watch if they feel the videos are of no value. Everyone is free to do their own research and follow their own leads.
Hi Ivy. I appreciate yr cander and patience with these people on YT. A lot of them are mad because they have created businesses for a fee to help ppl find land. I am willing to volunteer with the Asebu Village project in returning phone calls and emails to people who are interested. I emailed Kwame so if you see him, could you let him know? Also, I don't see a way to contribute to you/yr channel in yr narrative. Thx
Very informative Ivy, thanks for sharing!
Thank you, you're doing a great job.
BOOK TITLE: "BUYING LAND AND PROPERTY IN GHANA – Land Bauyer's Checklist"
Ivy Prosper – You made 2 GREAT points – Raw Land: If your coming be ready to rent, have family or buy a tiny property while developing the land you purchased (Alternatively Bring a small RV (costly to import) live on the lot) – Perceived Wealth: Social Systems/Credit/Loans give a false sense of security in the wealth – Ghana and most Nations outside of EU & US are Cash Driven – Coming to the continent with a steady 500-1k income per month can be a very lucrative budget point living 30-45 mins outside of cities… But you ACTUALLY have to live within your means (unlike faking it in the EU/US) – Thank you for providing such good material
Outside of Accra and Cape Coast. What are other great areas to consider, living in?
Ivy, thank you for sharing, and going out to see the Asebu Village. I had heard about the opportunity, but ignored it until I saw your video with Kwame. Due to the persons you have interviewed and who you work for. I knew you had crediblity. Thank you for sharing valuable information for us who are considering a life in Ghana.
