If you send someone a product. Be prepared to find out if your product is good or bad. Companies can't expect people to review their products and lie about it. If it's bad, it's bad. Go back to the drawing board, improve and send him the updated version.

Why not take constructive criticism from a well known tech content creator with a good reputation that reviewed your product and improve on the negative points when you can try to cancel said person with character assassination because people didn't buy your expensive product that's not worth the price?
