Hello Jasmine, does the house come with all the furniture, fixtures(lighting) and furnishings?

@PhD_Author

This is the new form of colonisation and land takeover as locals cannot afford it. It is not African but Westernisation of the Motherland.

I used to love this channel when it featured ordinary African workers, especially the women entrepreneurs making a life for themselves in the traditional ways.

I’m not interested in the videos for the rich Western elites building in Africa but too scared to live close to real Africans and choose to live in these awful housing schemes.

@F.Khan-r3l

hello madam how are you and you so betyfull so cute so nice and houses please your whatsap no send me please am from pakistan my name is waqas khan

@Kofi.86

When building these properties they should plant trees around too much concrete the place need greenery that's just my view nice property anyway

@gdotone1

160K dollars is a lot of money. Ghanaians must be very wealthy. 160 in a year's time job salaries must be 320,000 a year there. that is great. it would take an American 20 to 30 years to buy that home. It is wonderful Ghana and the people are doing so well.

@jikd0

Yeah, this is $50k house

@salomeykoi8963

Super kuul Ama. I love the cuteness of the premises

@roseanne1466

In a year or two the price will drop down to half or even more! I'm patiently waiting patiently😌✋️

@AkuaOkodie

As an air b& b unit or student hostel this works. Doesn't give a family home vibe for me.

@traceyeffah4251

All I see is a concrete jungle. Sad. No trees!. No wonder Accra is too hot.

@Miss_Nikkisan

Oofff… great video, but the apartments have terrible finishings, design-wise the layout was poorly thought out and the execution is surprisingly bad.

@Aidy-i6j

The colour choices for the façades is poor. And I know those roadside sofas are like sitting on a stone.
Its better to sell an empty building than to stage it with China Mall furniture.

@fpradox

Jasmine, the star of Ghana! I love your videos!

THIS is the type of inventory we need to see/access!!! Thanks Queen. By the way, are you losing weight?

@kajilai

Really nicely done, Ghanaian joinery n cabinet making is really picking up. Dadabe levels tings…

@NichoSey

You got to be kidding me 😂… cheap building selling for 95k ?

@HoneyBunches100

Cement block houses with no character. Those blocks in boring primary colors of red, blue and yellow reminds me of a kindergartener’s old block toys. No imagination and creativity 😒

@avectresormt

Congo is here✌️🇨🇩

@Chrisvessel

We Dey for youuu❤️

@nathanael3470

The three beds kitchen looks more like a bar😢

@yaamo

I really enjoy the houses/apartments showings that you've been uploading. Gives folks in abroad what the costs is like in Ghana.

@boseman8227
