  1. This is the new form of colonisation and land takeover as locals cannot afford it. It is not African but Westernisation of the Motherland.

I used to love this channel when it featured ordinary African workers, especially the women entrepreneurs making a life for themselves in the traditional ways.

I’m not interested in the videos for the rich Western elites building in Africa but too scared to live close to real Africans and choose to live in these awful housing schemes.

  2. 160K dollars is a lot of money. Ghanaians must be very wealthy. 160 in a year's time job salaries must be 320,000 a year there. that is great. it would take an American 20 to 30 years to buy that home. It is wonderful Ghana and the people are doing so well.

  3. The colour choices for the façades is poor. And I know those roadside sofas are like sitting on a stone.
Its better to sell an empty building than to stage it with China Mall furniture.

  4. Cement block houses with no character. Those blocks in boring primary colors of red, blue and yellow reminds me of a kindergartener’s old block toys. No imagination and creativity 😒
