There is new legislation that just passed that gives homeowners the advantage and it now the squatters are getting arrested and is now a felony so I’m happy that’s now going into effect.
And they give squatters more rights, than the homeowner.

Sounds like someone presented false documents to the clerk of the court, they accepted the new filing as the owner of the house, and did not check to see if it was legit. This kind of crime was developed to take black peoples home years ago, because you don't have to use a title company

Every state should have laws on the books that put that to a halt. A home is one your assets and it's theft and breaking and entering. Stupid to have protections for squatters as I have seen in some states. Many people would practice their 2nd amendment right to protect their property. The audacity!!! Just like these new laws that allow a certain amount of theft. Shouldn't be allowed. This encourages crime.
