Yes, there is fear tainted by envy and greed. Added to this there is guilt and a determination that we the people of Africa and her descendants must never rise again to become masters of our own or even those from afar. That's what the fuss about and in our turn we must never waver from regaining or defending ourselves and homelands. Of those who wish to live in chains on the side lines can't be controlled with anything other than our pity and forgiveness.
