Every African country has oil,but we have been lied to for generations so that we buy from them.
It's great for the Senegalese people to have visionary leaders who invest their resources and funds in meaningful projects that create jobs, generate revenue, and preserve foreign reserves. Unlike some other leaders who take on debt only to spend it on superficial luxuries—such as lavish palaces, decorated streets, and parks—while their citizens face the threat of starvation.
