  1. He said "At some point you won't be able to lift weights". This is factually incorrect. Dr. Jonathon Sullivan helps people into their 90s stay fit with compound barbell movements like the squat and deadlift. He'd actually be a brilliant person to have on the show.

  2. Fasting. Either intermittent, OMAD, dry, water. Doesn't matter what it is, it is THE best "diet" on the planet. And the fact that it is FREE is insane. If any business or person says fasting is dangerous or doesn't work, it means they financially rely on their dieting business as a living, or they are invested in a business. Don't let them BS you

  3. 36:43 WHEN to eat. Doesn’t matter. Big breakfast = Less hungry.

(My own tip: eat three meaps a day so glycogen levels are more stable during the day and therefore better brain function. With intermitted fasting brains suffer a bit. Jeff Cavelier)

  4. I've been front loading my food my entire life without knowing that is what it's called. I ve always just been hungry in the mornings 🤷🏼‍♀️

  5. 😂 I'm from the Caribbean. We grew our own food. Plant-based is only a privilege if you can't afford to buy or grow your own food. The idea of it being a privilege is so preposterous to me

  6. this is so much talking for no reason.. its so easy come on, put the fork down yall. Calories in calories out is the only logical way.. you cannot go against the law of thermodynamic .. its like going against the law of gravity. Stop thinking and eat less or train more and count you calories. not that hard

  7. idk if this whole thing is true or not…iv been training and dieting for the past year and lost about 60lbs. from counting calories only lol with a mentality "calories in calories out"

  8. Dunno about Keto in general, but Keto/OMAD with just non-root veggies and protein, I lost 50lb and felt great with great energy. I was able to keep it up for a few years then fell off and got fat again… Now back on the program.

  9. All in all, lessons learned:
    – everything is good in moderation
    – know yourself and your body
    – diets may not work as the body will compensate for the weight loss by gaining weight after the diet is finished
    – reducing food intakes triggers the body to slow body's metabolism
    – the muscule mass determines the level if health
    – physical exercise is always good for the body but it is more about maintaining the weight than about loosing it
    – eat 10-15% less meat overall, main 16% protein intake, as much fiber as possible, reduce sugar

  10. Is it actually lactose intolerance, or is it an intolerance for pasteurized, homogenized milk products, which have been stripped of their necessary and crutial synergistic elements that keep milk products naturally digestible.

  11. Very good interview until Yeo starts talking about the policymakers responsibility to destigmatize obesity. That is like putting matches in the hands of the pryomaniac to do the right thing. Their solution will always be higher taxes to penalize everyone not address a viable solution. Of course they shouldn't be considered the experts as they only know how to swindle and take.
