  1. Hello Dr. You also include whey protein in ur diet. Is it necessary to include whey protein in our diet. Firstly it's costly and secondly suggest any other protein which is affordable. And when is the correct time to take. Plz tell how to contact you for your consultation online if possible

    After following doctor's videos lost my weight from 86 kg to 78 kg. Had diabetics . HBA1C was 7.3.
    Now it is 6.3 . Stopped the diabetic medicine by our doctor. Had I been able to see these videos I would have got awareness and improved still in my health. Inspiring videos by the doctor for people like me. Good job!

    TDEE – 3014 calories per day
    Eating Window –
    9 am – 1 scoup whey protien with 7-8 almonds,
    10 am – breakfast ,
    2.30 pm – lunch,
    6 pm(fruits occasional),
    8.30 pm -dinner
