This video was excellent and no lies were told. I went to Portugal in February and felt so at peace there! Meghan has nothing to prove to anyone and is living her dreams. For this I am so happy for her and agree with her message. Also, I didn't know you were in Seattle too. I've been here for 3 and a half years and am relocating abroad in the next year and half and can't wait!
I'm so glad I found this channel! It's a hard time to be a Black woman in America. I hesitated to be 'openly Black' as a content creator. I decided that I would rather speak to women who will support me than trying to stay generically appealing.

Wish this platform would put it in front of thousands and thousands of people but you know what i found out in 2020? YouTube rewards hate videos about Meghan Sussex. The former and deceased CEO could absolutely put mechanisms in place to stop it but chose not to. I say “chose” because we all saw how a certain topic at the time was censored or banned.
While I adore your channel and your thesis about black women living in ease and joy unapologetically, you'll never convince me to give a member of the British Royal Family or anyone who married into the BRF any care or affection. I’ve found my tribe! For years, I’ve wondered why people don’t understand the “crabs in a barrel” concept isn’t only limited to Black people. As a matter of fact, it afflicts YT people even more. When a friend of mine asked what I was going to do for work after retiring (31yrs of labor in service to others), I replied,” whatever the hell I want to do.” The shock/confusion on their face was amusingly visible. It’s almost as if living luxuriously is an act of defiance/protest.
You are spot on…yet again. Luxury is an internal way of being, not a purchase. Capitalism has made luxury for sale. Journaling this weekend I wrote "I recognize I am fighting for my autonomy. By radically reclaiming my freedom by way of social disconnection, I also radically disconnect from codependency." I hope this helps someone break free from the chains of the Black tax, guilt, shame, imposter syndrome, fear, doubt and worry in Jesus name. We all go to our graves by ourselves so live the life your soul desires NOW.

I'm Hispanic and very proud of my culture and our traditions. I admire Michelle Obama, Kamala Harris, Vanessa Williams, Beyonce, Rihanna, Zendaya, Naomi Campbell, Oprah and many other beautiful talented accomplished intelligent black and mixed race women. Meaghan isn't one of them. She is where she is because of who she married. I don't think she is at all talented
I really enjoyed the way you explained why some people say she not relateable. Some even feel hatred and jealousy towards Maghan. When l see or hear her all I see is an intelligent ,educated , loving woman who does great humanitarianism work. Whom never has been known to say a negative word about anyone.
