I ate their masala dosa ordered from zomoto for 280/- rs. I didn't find much special. It's small sized dosa with 2 chutneys and sambar. I have money and able to order n eat. Suppose if poor wants to eat it then it's dream for them.
It should not be realted to speaking english or IT pass or dropout. If food taste good that is what matter the most…. There are several small reridywaals in every city and town all over india who sever great food but never get attention like this… Just because they do not speak ENGLISH and do not have fancy reridy.
What i heard was that his previous business IDC’s cofounder was the one who didnt want to compromise on their values and didnt want to pour a ton of ghee which is unhealthy in such large amounts . Your description of Rameshwaram’s “values” is deceptive.
