  1. you never mentioned hyaluronic acid. do you recommend this? I've heard that it can be used topically for skin hydration as well as pill form because the molecules of HA are too large to be fully absorbed by the skin. is this true?

  2. I'm a new subscriber and I really love all the videos I've seen from you so far! 🙂 I have a quick question about this one…or more specifically, about The Remedy product Dr. Shah recently released and spoke about in this video. I understand what he means about the benefits of having an all-in-one product. I'm trying to introduce my 16 year-old daughter to a skincare routine. She is very "low-key" and doesn't like ANYTHING fussy or complicated. I'm just starting her off on a basic face wash/toner/moisturizer routine, but I feel like she could stand to use a product for her sebaceous filaments. They're kind of an issue for her on her nose. Would The Remedy product be okay to use on her? I'm not sure if products with retinoids would be recommended on someone so young? If I could get some feedback on that I'd super appreciate it 🙂 Again – thank you so much for your content!! I look forward to checking out many more of your videos 😀

  3. So here's what I really want to know, should I go for salicylic acid cleanser or a oil cleanser for double cleansing? If salicylic acid than should I use it everyday? What moisturizer should I use after cleansing?

  4. Thank you for this breakdown! I'm honestly getting overwhelmed with having so many different products, and trying to remember what each one does is too much work 😅 I can say, though, Cerave retinol has done wonders for my skin. It's the only thing that I will not get rid of if I declutter some of the redundant products that I have.

  5. I have normal to combination skin and curently i am using tretinion but after Using 6-7 months i saw some visible pores on my cheeks 😢 what is the REASON?? after using the sandwich method my skin get too much oily

  6. Amazing video as expected. What I struggle with is, considering these are a lot of skin products, how should we schedule these in a normal working day?

  7. I dont think this stuff works at all. I know people who dont use all yhese acids etc and their face is flawless and no visible pores this stuff is just to sell products
