  1. I feel homesick watching this. Born in Mombasa, grew up in Europe. The cassava made my mouth water, and then my memory flooded me with all the tastes and smells.

  2. That bhajia plate is absolutely indian food. And all other street food is so common here starting from the way they prepared sugarcane juice, sweetcorn etc. Nice to see so much of similarities

  3. UGANDA 🇺🇬🇺🇬🇺🇬IS WAIIIITTTTIIIIINNNNGGGG FOR YOU MR MARK, COME ALONG WITH YOUR BEAUTIFUL WIFE 😂 PERHAPS SHE WILL CONVINCE YOU TO RELOCATE TO UGANDA AFTER TASTING OUR DELICACIES 😂

  4. Mark, you are so adventurous when it comes to all foods, but I saw the shock and fear in you when you were offered the raw kidney by the maasai. you were insisting on eating a very small piece of the kidney. kidogo kidogo. With some courage, you tasted it and then it turned out to be sweet and squishy and then you asked for more. I liked the way the gentleman sat next to you and encouraged you 😀

  5. is it possible to not get chilli on any of the street food..we can request them not to sprinkle it on, right. but other street foods prob have everythign premade, so this isn't possible. remember i was in thailand in 1995 and eveyrthing was premade doused in chilli and i couldln't enjoy anything. i had to special request a noodle made with nothing put in it bc they didn't know how to prep food wo chillis. lol

  6. I work in a Life Skills Classroom, we study countries at the end of the year and we always look for your videos to show our class. It's so fun to watch you travel the world, we just love you! Thank you for sharing your experiences with us! Also, I'm going to Kenya in June on a Humanitarian trip with my daughter, we are SO excited and this video was fun to watch and get a sneak peak. Thanks again!!

  7. Street food in Africa. This guy is really pushing his luck. I wonder if he had the shits in his hotel room later? 🤣 I ate some street food in Ghana and I was ok but when I did it in Gambia I got sick.

  8. We are going to Mombasa this weekend so I’m watching this video just in time! Definitely looking forward to the chili-lime cassava and introducing the kids to mabuyu! We love Mark’s videos!
