I guess it helps that you donโ€™t ask the age cause itโ€™s irrelevant ๐Ÿ˜‚ Maybe thatโ€™s the secret. Age is but a number ๐Ÿ˜‚

@arnelavila1973

They live longer because these People are contented of what they have. They connect with Nature, nature gives them fresh food, fresh Air, the greenery surrounds them. They dont think of material things and they are happy People.

@pleasantjourneys

It's more about 'Aging Gracefully!'

@code-52

Too bad we can't bottle that. ๐Ÿ˜…

@danwlilvi4384

arenโ€™t your documentations known to be fake and staged?? like Human Planet?

@IfereimiVasu-f1w

bula vinaka qo dua nai yaloyalo meda sarava vakasamataka vinaka meda kania ga na. keda kakana .thank you for the video watching from Fiji.

Its the hard work. Diet. And possibly the local plants and or insects/bites.

@northernandyboy

All of the factors mentioned were environmental and not genetic. So the conclusion is that modern life with processed food and lack of activity will lead to an early death offset by whatever medical intervention you get.

@vernanarzekalski3484

Is it diet, grounding & air quality? Healthy lifestyleโค

@chamboyette853

I am not sure how "young" these old people are. When I was visiting Bolivia I got in a fight with this 89 year old who said he was from this tribe and was able to beat him up relatively easy. Not only am I almost 30 years old, but my doctor said I have a weight problem since I am 6 feet 4 and weigh almost 300 pounds.

@mikejoshua9133

So beautiful living with nature

@u.sbanban

mfs traded in being science experiments to get some of that good strong white medicine

@u.sbanban

lifestyle
my grandfather on this same steez but by choice (and partially through responsibility)
not like these people who seem trapped in poverty

@jean-claudelol563

Duh! They are very physically active and they are eating unprocessed, natural, homemade, fresh foods. We only have to change just about everything about our lives to achieve that, I don't think too many people are going to go for that.

@lindafok6068

No GMO

@chandraravikumar

How and why is it that Indigenous People living so far inside the forest, and if as you report quite unconnected to the rest of the world, wearing clothes made of materials and style and requirement quite alien and unnecessary to them? Have they too not been left alone by the rapacious missionaries hunting to add more sheep to their flock?

@satyajitganguly3135

Living a natural life in the midst of nature without the juink food of modern times is certainly the key factor for their healthy bio systems and hence the longevity !!
Just leave them alone in their own world..

@tiffanyking8791

I believe the #1 reason they age much slower than the average person is bc they donโ€™t keep track of their age so theyโ€™re not reminding themselves of their age. When one tells themselves their getting old & complaining about the affects of aging & they expect it to get worse & worseโ€ฆ.then those thoughts r more likely to manifest into your reality bc u already expect it to happen therefore uve given it permission to happen so ur likely to make it happen.

@klapyahandzup

There's no documents or official records on these people birth dates so no one actually know how old they are, no matter what it says in the government issued ID – for all we know, they could be 50 years old.

Davis Barbara Wilson Joseph Jones Kevin

@BumberClarke

They are lucky
They are more free than us

@Plato-g2e

Itโ€™s all due to toxins in the water and land that end up in food.

@Cynthia-s2p

WOW! Amazing life

@davechristian7543

the 84 year old does all the house work lol like it wouldn't be much work bc like have u seen the house my child 'its a ten roof n dirt floor no walls even ๐Ÿคญ

@underatree.africa

Of course they live long and healthy lives (if they survive infancy), because they live the way humans evolved to live. In our movement, we believe that is the key to happiness and longevity and we wish to reinvent that lifestyle for the modern era. Come check us out!

@joelpineda2042

We r still better off. We can live just as healthy and even better. But WE at the end have to put in the work. I'm 49

@muchtarkombat3812

so in biblical story mybe its real people live for 500 years old, in past

@shang9733

No luxury life so peace ful mind anything don't worried

@ninetteleggett8630

Amazing!

@querrythis

Why are scientists going there. To tell them GMOs they tell us are better?
We live in a greedy society that would do anything for money.

@ShouldaWaved

And i bet they dont limit themselves to half a banana a day like this doctor recommended lol ridiculousness

@elishatotolela3843

Food

@louellacentina89

They don't have comfortable and luxurious life but, they're living under the care of nature.Thank you BBC for sharing about this extraordinary people who lives and existed ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿ™โค๏ธ in thier old ag๐ŸŽ‰e happily and strong.without this documentary we never knew about the of this simple but interesting people who slowly age without memory loss.

@DavidRose-m8s

They do it all for themselves so are not in cocoons.

@SladkaPritomnost

70% of Tsimane have HELMINTHS!

@stefdiazdiaz7067

We used to live 150 years, until modern shit, then now people think it is awesome their grandpa died at 80, half of life

@Dust2LivingSoil

It doesnโ€™t take a genius to read Genesis and realize that we are to be one with our planet we are to work in accordance with nature and eat the abundance of nature when we do that when we work in Scituate with nature health is no longer an issue. The great world wars still continue today because of the fact that water products were re-introduced as gardening products are very much still used today. But when you make the shift realize that plants eat plants soil feeds off of plants that makes soil a whole new understanding slowly starts to open.

@sarazohar4923

lol , they donโ€™t have problems with obesity and shows an obese lady, doctor here

@benjaminollis

For one thing they don't waste time watching news propaganda like the bbc, that must help them live longer

@leedutch5155

A good diet plus exercise itโ€™s not mind blowing

@jacksonnc8877

The diet is a small part or portion of id say a loving community who over the centuries have learned to live peacefully with nature. Death doesn't scare them like westerners who are all afraid. Open your heart let the love heal you

Such pure and loving people

@mrk2K10

Imagine that concept. We are obsessed with the number of how old we are, which we think defines us and tells us how long we still have, they donโ€™t bother with it.

@gatasalvaje8611

They eat rice, banana, corn, fruits , cassava and other carbs… keto diet practioners left the comsec ๐Ÿ˜‚

@darelbrewster
