We will be happy to hear your thoughts
  1. Great, Man! I look forward to the next adventure.

  2. I agree with you it's a bad luck but guinea bissau is best place to live in

  3. That cap on backwards doesn't do a lot for you.

  4. My beloved Guine-Bissau ♡

    Thanks you

  5. Congrats on your perseverance. I am sure you look back now and feel so reassured you stayed on this journey for everything you have achieved since. Kudos!

  6. What is the name of the hotel you were staying at?

  7. yes, very very interesting subject on a subject style!

  8. Nice trip and video. Love Africa. Is an amazing destination

  9. Wow insane! I dind’t know that your started that way! Really nice to see Western Africa countries! That reminds me when I was living there! I need to go back one day there!

  10. This sounds like a fun series, thanks for sharing. I definitely enjoy how open you are about what you do, its cool to hear and learn about. Gives good insight into what it takes to do what you do. So, thank you for sharing so openly. I'll be looking forward to the future installments of this series. :)

  11. I really liked this video. It shows how hard it can be and it isnt always about sunshine. Oh and besides that…. i like you better with beard 😜 haha! Keep up the good work and i love your videos!

  12. Hey Brendan, it was great to see how far you've grown in your photography/videography! This seems like neat series, and I like the way you provide more context as we go along! I'm looking for the meet-up video. I'm bummed I wasn't able to make it to join you guys…Oh well, next time you're in Phoenix I guess. Hope you have continued safe and exciting travels!

  13. Loved the look back, this worked well Brendan.

  14. Great idea for a series and a cool way to reintroduce old footage. Great job man!

  15. In my opinion your old vlogs are actually better. I prefer the unpolished style….the innocence of your early travels seems more real and as I’ve mentioned before watching you through your struggles added to the drive you showed made you a real joy to watch. The more polished versions today for me with the better equipment, the comfort you live in seems a little empty and just like many other travel vloggers on you tube. However I understand things have to grow. Look forward to your travel diaries 👍

  16. The incubation period in most cases varies from 7 to 30 days. – https://www.cdc.gov/malaria/about/disease.html

  17. This is cool, loved the review of the old stuff

  18. The open shirt pocket is really triggering my ocd

  19. I've been enjoying these Travel Diaries videos. I like how you reflect back on your old videos from the Africa trip and compare how you are now to when you were filming for the other channel. It would be quite interesting to see how a trip to Guinea-Bissau would be now especially with the photography experience. It wouldn't surprise me if it would be a much better trip.

  20. It was good I enjoyed It when I was young I live in the Congo so that was 1949 to late 59

  21. Brendan, I absolutely loved this content. Can't wait till the next one. What an adventure and to bring us to countries I've never even heard of, amazing.

  22. I like the past and present aspect of this travel diary! I like the introspective and how you can look back with better understanding. It was great. Thanks! (Also thanks for the inspiration. I won't give up on YouTube just yet.)

  23. Very interesting, hope it gets people to just give themselves a chance. You never know how well it will all come together. Nice to see the humble beginnings

  24. That was great to see! Love seeing old photography/travel videos

  25. Was expecting this to end with you announcing that you're going back. If you ever do I guess travelling with a small pharmacy and enough rain gear for a small army wouldn't be a bad idea.

  26. OOF bit was good, I like the painting. Great video as always!

  27. Very enjoyable. By the way how are you dealing with the Malaria?

  28. the best video for months

  29. Great story! And it's totally natural for a creative to cringe at their past works. I do it with my old videos and photos too, and hopefully 5 years from now I'll do the same with the stuff I'm putting out now, because it will mean I'm much better than I am now.

  30. Hopefully this shows you all that we didn't all start at 50k subscribers and "good at it". It takes time, practice, effort, and some times a little bit of personal embarrassment to get there. So, if you're thinking of starting a channel, just do it!

  31. Definitely much cooler than you were haha
