  1. I did tongkat ali and fadigia for 2 weeks. First few days I woke up with hardest erection in years. Two weeks after, can’t get it up . Maybe it’s just me , but it doesn’t work for me.

  2. The problem is there is not enough scientific research on plant supplements in general. Just because it has not been researched in humans does not mean it does not work. The anecdotal evidence indicated that it does. Often time high doses are used in research trials to determine the highest effective dose. These high doses may cause the overproduction of testosterone. We know that if you overproduce any substance in the body negative feedback kicks in to normalize these levels and in this case lower testosterone levels. On other sites they recommend 1 gram/day for someone 150lbs and is weight dependent.

  3. If this natural supplement originates from East Africa, specifically Nigeria, my question regarding the discussions on toxicity levels is: Are the scientists and other individuals involved in these studies, many of whom may not be of African descent, adequately accounting for differences in anatomy, biology, and environmental factors when conducting their research? The reason I raise this point is that it is widely recognized that the biological makeup of various ethnic groups can differ significantly. Therefore, findings that suggest negative effects on Americans may not necessarily apply to individuals native to Africa or those of African descent. Am I making a valid argument here, or is this line of reasoning unfounded?

  4. Idk if this is tmi but I experienced a huge boost in libido and aggression for about a month then it levels off but I was still better than normal might try again might stack it next time with arimistane or hcg

  5. Thank you Doctor, sincerely. Guys need to know about these natural supplements that will most likely help them rather than harm them like abuse of synthetics do. Salute to you Ms. Malik.πŸ˜ŽπŸ‘πŸΎ
