I think I appreciate quality time over physical touch. I thought it was physical touch, but I would rather you be present emotionally and physically. Rather than having someone who is emotionally unavailable, try to be physical with me.
I agree that words of affirmations are definitely one of mine. It's that boost that's always helped me push forward.
