I had my own issue with Nike customer service as well. Got an email notification that Nike had shipped my pair of XXXIIs, and come expected delivery day; nothing. Waited another day, nothing. Called Nike, and I find out that the box was never sent. They refunded money instead sending the shoes. Went through Finishline instead.
i didn't buy those homage to homes, but every video i viewed, they're tongue was messed up. its weird. they say or show anything about a damaged box, but the tongues were definitely defective from the warehouses

As a amazon delivery driver I can say that I doubt somebody threw a big ass box on the small box we get tons a packages a day and they move around a lot while driving throughout the day it’s very possible a bigger box rolled over on the shoe box 😂

At least your shoe box was inside a box to protect it more because I order some shoes and they shipped in a bag and got completely destroyed
