  1. This is an old video. Victoria has grown a bunch in the past 15 years. The video of the plane flying over Victoria harbor looks to be about that old. You can tell by the landmarks. Some items are gone. Some things aren't there yet in the video that are there today…hi rise buildings etc. The blue bridge to downtown is replaced now

  2. People need to realize most vitamins and minerals cannot be absorbed through the skin…the molecules are too big to pass through the skin. Eating would be the better option…

  3. The island is my home. It's a beautiful place, but sadly, much of our forests have been clear-cut, and the tree farms that replaced them have been the epicenter of fires due to improper forest management.

    Highly recommended to look at the island from google Earth. The island greatly resembles a quilt in its patchwork of clearings.
    Only 15% of the old growth forest remains compared to the 50s when 80% of the island was old growth.
