  1. This is so helpful thank you! These are the best tips especially for a girlie who doesn’t always feel like cooking 😂 but I’m really gonna try to implement these tips. My only problem is I don’t like protein shakes idk what I’m gonna do to supplement and it’s not just about taste there are many different it’s about the texture and other stuff lol

  5. get an underactive thyroid I've osteoporosis in my spine and hips be careful what you wish for 1200 cals burned obese that's with medication there's theory that dairy and most vegetables garlic and onions wreck it. So….I'd this professionally tested top dog in Mt country my scales isn't lying. I gained 5 pound pound last week.

I've restarted my weight gain journey countless times for years and it never clicked that it was because I was setting unrealistic expectations for myself!!
