Basically the same thing happened to me I came home found a strange creepy looking man in bed with my girl of 10 years with with his gross head on my pillow and my children asleep in bed and of course I freaked out some stuff got broke they tried to pin me with burglary of a habitat of my own house because she lied to them and said I didn't live there because of course she was trying to say face and spite that she got caught I guess I don't know but it was her goal to take me down and down she did I had to plea out with criminal mischief felony, to fight burglary of a habitat of my own house an interference with a 91 phone call that took place after I left the house chasing this piece of s*** down. In the cops laughed at me did I just caught my wife doing that in my whole life is destroyed instantly and they were just laughing about it. Those would be Watauga Texas cops. They should have gave me a pat on the back for not killing him but instead I Got 5 years probation and a felony and I lost my $75,000 a year CDL job
