My history teacher said this

@OLAMMAAkuabata

The fact that present day Ghana has nothing to do with ancient Ghana is insane.
The location
Or the people

@TurtleShroom3

How on the earth did this society never invent writing? There's no way that can be true. The Malis, who succeeded them, had entire libraries.

@jaynequach8172

U ARE TALKING ABOUT GAMBIA AND NOT GHANA

@josephinea.7239

WE DON'T HAVE GHANA EMPIRE BUT WE HAVE ASHANTI EMPIRE

@josephinea.7239

NOOOOOO ,, EVERYTHING U ARE SAYING IS FALSE, THE IMAGES THE MAPS , WE DON'T USE HORSES, WE DON'T HAVE DESERT, WE DON'T HAVE THOSE NAMES IN GHANA, U ARE TALKING ABOUT GAMBIA, GAMBIA AND NOT GHANA BECAUSE AM GHANAIAN, THERE'S NO GHANA EMPIRE BUT RUTHER ASHANTI EMPIRE THANKS 😂😂😂😂

@sesay3168

Akan people, even if they were part of Ghana empire, didn’t play a significant role. Everyone in Africa knows Mande tribes ( susu, mandinko, soninko, etc) were the major tribes under Ghana empire.

@Nullybk

A the images accurate?

@Che1980s

Great video! I have my children watching and they can't get enough! 🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾

@Keziased

Wow! So current Ghana has no direct relation with The ancient Ghana empire?why then do they claim the Akans in current Ghana migrated from there?

Great content though👍

Interesting…. It’s neighboring country, Burkina Faso, has a capital named “Ouagadougou” pronounced WAGA-DOO-GOO…. Waga for short

@samuelantwi9884

Adansi empire is the beginning of akans and today Ghana

@Gustine22

They have the direct relationship the akan people of modern day ghana migrated from the ancient ghana empire they co existed with the sonnike people and madinkans and bambel people
