while the interiors are great and open, the neighborhood and exterior is not well maintained in my opinion. Additionally the fact that its not in addis is concerning.
The oromia regional government has been doing alot of sketchy things and i would not want to live in a region controlled by that government even if the real estate is half as cheap.
When i get here i can say i am living in a mess. Ethiopia is a better place than this. Ethiopia will never look this bad. Ethiopia is the best place to live, but you can't see it from here. ~ Master of Talking.

But this is interesting – the street lights suggests warmth after hours – like Tigress said it must be beautiful at night; but something tells me it will still seem desolate, just nicely lit. But although it does not give a warm, welcoming vibe, it is pleasant enough.

At the appointed time, you will understand and you will teach what you did not learn in order that whoever believes has eternal Life". [Kc.9v34] [Kc.30v1-3]
