  1. Islam Makhachev is one of the most boring fighter in his division, yet he is the champion.
It will be the same for Fiorot, she deserve the title shot, she is not walking away from any fight, all she can do is beat what's in front of her.

  2. If my memory is correct GSP coming up didn't have much of a ground game. GSP came into the UFC as a striker. He did have a decent ground game but his game was striking. It wasn't until he lost to Matt Hughes when he dedicated more time into the ground game. This is what made GSP. He lost to Hughes in his 8th fight. After that he started to wrestle more. He beat Hughes by KO and than he submitted him in their 3rd fight. GSP lost to Hughes in his 8th fight. Seven fights later Matt Serra shocked the world. After that fight GSP never lost again, winning 12 straight before he retired. He then came back and KO'd Bisping.

  3. Even before the eye poke Weidman should of had 1 strong warning for leaving an open hand out there. By letting any fighter do this is really giving them an extra weapon. A serious eye poke can lead to blindness. It's against the rules. ENFORCE THE RULES. DC & John Jones are other fighters who leave their hands out there. Another thing that I have been seeing a lot of lately is holding the cage. Warn them once, after that take a point. After he point is taken put the fighters back into the same positions. Prior to the fight fighters are reminded of the rules, but does it really matter if the ref doesn't enforce the rules?

  4. I used to be a MMA Hour fan but haven’t been listening to that for over a year or two. This is my favourite MMA channel now and am so pumped they’ve got their own studio. Keep it up guys!
