Mostly the Females are sooooo like extremely Rude
But the males are Nicer 😊
We appreciate the nurses so much for all the good work that the do. Without them, the hospital cannot function.
The guy in the smoak however made a statement that i believe is false.
A doctor who writes a medication needs to know how to calculate the dose of the prescribed medicine. So he shouldn't make it seem as the Dr just comes write medications and its the nurses who know how to calculate the dosage 🙄
the reality of working in the health sector should involve almost every department; the clinicians, nurses, laboratory scientists and pharmacists. that’d make a very great conversation and episode.
herh Scanty can fool
Aquinas BEEB3💪🏾
Scanty de run mouth😂😂 masa work life will shake your passion table.
The nursing people dey do am oooo. Wey some squad dey carry joke.
I went to the hospital for my corona virus injection. My first one was really painful herrrr like elef small like Adey come die. But my second one ( which was in a different hospital), I didn’t even feel the pin in my flesh
i love this topic 🫶🏾
can you bring teachers on board
There are clearly a lot that I don’t know. We need a part 2
Adjowa naaa please you have to get a medical laboratory scientist and I’m one , a doctor and a nurse on the show again please. I’ll be fire🔥
Nurses do all the job errr😂? How will you take care of a patient if there’s no medical lab results?
A work we can’t even have time for family and friends hmmm
This is very educative. Kudos to the brains behind this episode💯
Scanty said the Doctor said why are you coming now?
So why are we blaming the nurse?😢
I know Nana Kwasi at Ridge hospital medical ward, his perception about the medical ward that people who are admitted there rarely make it now broaden my mind about why he behavesthe way he does when he is on duty,he can sometimes do double shift continuously , get tired and ends up nothing at all.He was just unconcerned, adamant, not useful. My relative was admitted for a month plus and his attitude was nothing to talk about.Once they conclude the patient won't make it,they don't put any effort at all.My family is privileged we know a doctor there who really push for us and some of the nurses like Mr Bawa, who I think the nursing is his call.God being so good,my relative has made it and we are very glad and appreciate all the doctors and nurses we came across.Nana should learn from Mr Bawa and another lady who rings the bell for patient relative to go out after visiting hours.Kudos to Eric,mr Bawa and some of the lady nurses.we really appreciate them.
Please no bank delays your salaries 😂😂
We beg you. Your people bring your data gor processing just to take the pressure off their side forgetting that an account needs to be credited before payment can be done. Some bring the data and wrong informations (incorrect account numbers and correct account numbers but those numbers belong to another person
We want more professions
We want more professions
Please bring more
Scanty fool ooo he say controller be pad😂😂😂😂😂😂 eii
Please you need to do a second session and add a rural nurse, this guy's are in the city and can't say much about those of us working in the rural areas, herrr, @Hakeem you did well but next time please get someone working in a chps compound or health center in middle belt or Volta or north to come talk…..
You guys are good with the explanations but as far as you’re on duty, there shouldn’t be an excuse for bad attitude towards work.
If the patients are more than nurses, that issue should be resolved.
The fact that you’re about closing and I come in shouldn’t call for bad attitude towards me. Work till your shift ends and the next person takes over…
The extra commitment, which most nurses put in should be appreciable. The extra mile is not you doing your work but going extra mile and sacrificing your comfort for the patients (Example: your shift ends and as you’re moving out, someone comes in and You still have time and treat the patient – that’s passion and commitment)
Aside sacrificing your comfort zone for patients, all other things you do on duty is what you’re required to do and you’re paid for that whether the salary is small or not.
Where did you people get these nurses from😒 how can you say that the requirement for degree nursing is the same as the diploma..
Most people do diploma in nursing because their parents believe they’ll be posted and get jobs early.. some also go to that side if their grades are not really excellent but good or average. Others also do that because that’s where their protocol dey reach. A few people willingly go in with an inspiration to do nursing.
Just as the “batakarian” – the one with batakari said…. You went in for nursing because you couldn’t get into the engineering program. That means your grades were not excellent but good. When you got into nursing, you studied very well and have very good grades… these are just reality and individual basis# not everyone
Please do a video about those in the lab
I feel this balance is not balanced based on the topic. If your talking about the health sector, you should not only have nurses on the panel
But for real some nurses are not that smart cause i work in the pharmacy and they way they put down prescription says a lot and it brings doubt in my head
We need part 2 of this topic.
We need more insight into their working conditions and their financial problems as well
I think you guys should delve into the security sectors too small
Interesting topic. Perfect candidates for the topic. Nice program
I really enjoyed the pod but felt the convo was more skewed to a particular profession
I'm in Juaboso and I can tell u that most nurses have the luxury compared to the other professionals
The facility has 1 gynaecologist who serves the whole western north region
3 doctors and 4 physician assistant
at each unit there is an average of 15 nurses
The doctors, physios l, biomedical scientist, and other professionals are few compared to the patients we attend to
It's far better in the city than in remote areas and that's why the pod needs other professionals from the health sector to also have an input
Why should newly posted nurses wait for 8-10 months before they're paid. How are they going to survive?
The reason the nurses can't go on strike is , the last time they went on strike, more nurses died from the strike
I feel this pod could have been more balanced with other health professionals.. it makes it seems it's the nurses that do all
I can tell u without each health professional, we won't be able to provide the requisite care for a patient..
I'm a biomedical scientist and nurses aren't looked down on..
They are making it seem that they are the core people in the health sector.. they aren't
It's all the professionals working together that makes the patient better
Even the orderlys included .
I would love for it to be more balanced so I can get a better picture of what happens in the health sector..
Thank you
Scanty is a whole mood 😂 3:06
Adwoa! Community nursing is same as midwifery and general nursing. People think that if you work at the clinic and someone works at Regional hospital, the one at regional is higher than the one at the clinic 😂😂😂
As an md I wish it would hv been a doctor and nurse so you have a view of both sides. You can invite me 😂
We hail our nurses won’t take it away from them but it’s not uncommon it’s same as doctors. The main difference is most nurses have the experience and solutions to problems but the understanding as to why it’s been done is what they don’t understand. So certain mistakes. So there’s the good and bad. And the comparison as to salary you can’t compare why a doctor gets more money than you 7 years is different from 3/4 years
