This simple and easy to make Cauliflower dish is crispy, spicy and super delicious. And it is…

  1. This is soo my kind of food πŸ˜‹ definitely going to give it a try! πŸ₯°

  2. I love the fact that you always taste your recipes when you're done because I heard the crisp in the cauliflower! And you love the pics of great food so do I! I can tell by your expression just how good it is ⚘

  3. Followed this recipe this evening, it's good. I had no garlic granules so used fresh diced garlic. Also, had no rice flour so doubled up on the corn flour. I will be trying more of your recipes.

  4. I've been cooking for 26yrs , in my restaurant we will safe around a third of used oil, this then gets added to the fresh oil, we do this for a couple of reasons, firstly flavour, oil will take on the flavours, thatcwas fried in it. Secondly fresh oil never really adds colour when you use it for the first time, so adding old oil stops that, once youve finished let the cool completely. Drain the cooled oil from the fryer. Next, you’ll want to strain used oil by pouring it through a fine-mesh sieve to remove any bits of food. Finally, pour used cooking oil into a clean, resealable container. We use a proper oil jug that has a oil strainer in it, this will stop the oil from burning

  5. Awesome!!! Thank you 😊

  6. Thank you for the written recipe

  7. Just found your channel! I love watching you cook, we love Indian flavors, you make it look so easy I’m going to try your recipes. I watched you on the GBBO and am so glad to see you again. We are in the US so it’s great we can watch you on YouTube . Thanks for sharing your cooking knowledge.

  8. Instead of deep frying, could you bake in the oven?

  9. Looks so yummy, one of my favorite foods.

  10. Yum, yum, yum! I forgot to blanch the cauliflower but when I realised I just cut it a little smaller and cooked it a bit longer. It was GORGEOUS!

  11. You deserve million likes

  12. Killer recipe! Turned out great. Easy prep and clean up.

  13. Just love you, Chetna πŸ™‚

  14. Hello mdm. I tried your receipe exactly how have instructed. Yet the batter was little watery. Even its watery the outcome was amazing. Still can feel the crisp and taste so good. ❀ Malaysia

  15. I thought you said stir fry

  16. I'm on keto diet, can I use almond or coconut flour instead πŸ€”

  17. Cornflour is gmo. Not the best idea

  18. When did you get your new kitchen fitted?

  19. Yum! Looking forward to cook this although frying is something I don’t really like doing.
Never really gave Cauliflower a decent try, until you posted the recipe that included the roasted one with Harissa. Turns out, my family was just bad at preparing it, back when I was a kid and it’s actually delicious πŸ˜…

  20. Always like your recipes Chetna. I want to get your thoughts on base gravy. I have been watching Al’s Kitchen where he makes BIR curries mad he uses a time consuming base gravy very often. Would love to see you both together for a colas. Thanks again.

  21. When you say you put the oil in the recycling what do you mean? How do you recycle oil?

  22. Hi, Chetna! Happy 2022! πŸ˜„ I'm looking forward to making this dish. I suppose frozen cauliflower florets could work? It's all I have right now. Also, I don't have any rice flour, will using all cornflour be OK?

And lastly, the redirect links above (in the description box) aren't working (must be a YouTube redirect thing because I went to the websites directly and everything was working). Both the Twitter and Instagram links add weird characters to the end of the URL, rendering them invalid. The link to your website does not return anything at all. The only one that seems to be working right now is the link to your Facebook page. Just thought I'd let you know. 😊
