I apply castor oil & Shea butter & black seed oil (not all together) to my skin too 😊 castor oil has been known to kill cancer too (black seed oil with wild oil of oregano too) 😊

@D-Rodriguez777

@ALEZANDAR

Hydration hydration hydration! that is my skin care secret! I drink at least a gallon of water throughout the day. I also eat lots of organic vegetables, berries, and beans, and avoid processed foods at all cost! I only eat wild caught Salmon; Organic chicken breast, organic eggs, grass fed whole milk, and as many organic products as possible. I also walk 30 minutes to an hour at least 5 days a week. I am a light sleeper; but do take power naps everyday after work before my daily walks in the evening. Stress mostly from work is extremely hard to avoid. I avoid bakery goods and sweets, as well as over the counter skin products at all cost; as they in the long run do more harm then good to the skin.

@hazeltate6614

Eat meat

@Ibrahim.Khoraki

@Lamaeee

Food doesn’t not affect your skin! ,please explain to me why I’ve been around so many teens that eat the most processed and unhealthy foods that should cuase break outs but yet there skin is amazing ,yea there is no way in hell you can explain that

@Mystiik_XVII

🤣 "The only products you need"???? …Continues on with the same ol repetitive jargon. Face wash/Moisturizer/Sunscreen/Retinol/BHA exfoliants/Serum's…. etc….etc….etc 🙄

@Mystiik_XVII

I call BS on the food diet part… Obese/fat people have clear skin… Diet my azz! 🙄

@redamageff3262

A good vitamin C is a game changer

@mamiedna9156

Thanks Gabriel : His a charlatan, I only trust my aesthetician ❤

@Lamaeee

Bro really forgot that normal skin is a skin type 😂

@thebestone11-r9y

The fact that nobody talks about the book Ultimate Looksmax Optimization Blueprint speaks volumes about how people are stuck in their life

@teekandy

Retinol is not an exfoliant .. dont do videos on stuff you didnt research smh

@Unholy_Triforce

Wait, so basically, your advice is to xo the same exact stuff celebrities do anyways? The only difference is they use bigger brands, or they use things to even out skin tone, or strip dead skin more effectively. What a silly video

@Kitkat915e

What about jojoba oil for a moisturizer? Similar principle to beef tallow–similar to natural sebum, non-comedogenic …

@leakyabstraction

Seed oils 😂 But I'm sure he thinks that steak, butter and eggs are fine

@Mika_ya-la

Luxury skincare… ❤❤❤

@jaewannjoseph

Don't use any other hydration syrum except SNAIL MUSEN

@yikes6263

Dude who wants to tell me what to use and he unironically uses Cerave. Pass.

@wittywolk

I'm not sure about your recommendation for normal to oily skin moisturizer – people on the internet are saying that this product is for body and shouldn't be use on face because it's too aggressive for it. Any input?

@AmareW

wouldn't the cleanser wash of the sunscreen

@infallible7425

You're not gonna get "shredded" from changing a bad diet, you'll probably lose a little body fat but thats about it

@Bababooyii

Do you need to use a face wash if you are using cleanser?

@alm5851

I love this! Totally resonate with the first two steps. I think diet sleep and exercise are so integral to great skin. Thank you for this

@Bushidough

I watch my diet,drink tons of water, exercise and take care of my skin every morning and night and nothing works. While my country corn bread fed friends only splash their face with water and have clear skin…

@renegade11b45

Glad guys are also taking care of themselves
