  2. Good job with your cooking and your page, the Okro is a binder. It holds the yam and the green vegetables together, some people use a little jute leave in that case

  3. My mom that is a correct Anambra woman, adds green, okro and blended ewedu in her ji akworoagwo….. with no single water in the end product..so using okro in this recipe is not a new thing in our house..very sweet something
