2. Nice place but in a bad location for a top restaurant. The employees in Liberia are based in Monrovia and some parts of Paynesville during working hours, therefore not many people would be able to have lunch or breakfast there. U see where Diana Restaurant is located, that's a strategic location. The highway is good for resorts and hotels but not restaurants. Thanks for sharing
