    Thanks for the tuition. My first time to try to make African Beer. I have forgotten to add the second umthombo on my porridge, can I add it later? I have already mix the porridge. Please advise.

  2. ive been brewing ciders and wines for some time, but i think its time to make some umqombothi, the anchor brewers yeast has a recipe but this helps with the finer details. thanks from a white guy from jozi.
