  1. keto diet show the highest mortality rate from all diseases. It's absolutely unnatural diet, not a single organism on this planet stays in ketoses except during fasting or the lack of food periods. All the long term studies show the highest mortality rate on keto. Even higher than on a super junky food carb diet

  2. As a mom of two with PCOS it’s amazing how quickly keto regulates my hormones. Off keto a have a period every few months but within 1 week on keto I start cramping and a week later I’m spotting. After two months I have regular, mild periods. Yea it sucks lol but my hormones being more balanced is what’s important. My acne gets better, I’m always alert and ready to go, and not does my sex drive go up lol.

  3. ⁉️ 😲 @3:33 – is this chic coo coo 🤯 , just replace your favorite foods with a card game, petting your dog 🐕 or meaningful conversation 😂😅😂 – wow – talk about delusional and apples 🍎 to oranges 🍊 ⁉️

❗️We live in a society that revolves around consumerism, constantly consuming. For most – food is the only real tangible treat for all the hard work and dealing with it out there in the 🐀 race . Losing weight is one of the top 3 hardest things to do ❗️

  4. black coffee+ handful raw walnuts for breakfast, 2-3 hardboiled eggs and few strips bacon for lunch and large baked fish, chicken or steak with green low carb veggies for dinner. Easy 2 meals and snack.

  5. 'oxytocin mining,' clever – you don't tell an alcoholic to change replace whiskey with wine..great analogy. I stopped coffee last year and the biggest lesson was how much was simply a habit, not an addiction like people think. Hence, many things are just habits that I'm reconsidering…

  6. When I eat high fat and meat my cholesterol and ldl go through the roof. If I do plant based it’s perfect. I think everyone is different so very risky for some people.

  7. I'm going to disagree with you about how long one eats lots of fat, especially for anyone carrying lots of bodyfat. I think the most important thing is to get used going without ultra processed foods, and high fat makes that much easier. It took me at least six months to get used to not eating sugar and processed carbs, and the only reason I made it was because I was eating all this tasty, satiating fat. I wasn't hungry and I was enjoying food. Eventually I naturally started cutting back on added fat.

  8. Keto & intermittent fasting are amazing when it comes to results, however, there’s a third critical component: prayer. Only constant prayer helps me overcome the spiritual battles and unhealthy eating habits that got me in trouble. Thanks be to God who gives us strength to fight our battles ❤

  9. Dr. Boz seems to make lots of mistakes all the time. Giving wrong information that later on, she has to come back to straighten out, but in the meantime, you're placing yourself at risk if you follow her advice.

  10. so, how can you sustain? you kept talking about things like reducing the number of meals and making the eating window smaller. obviously you can't keep doing that. so if someone already only eats within a small window, how do they keep generating ketones?
