My respected ICC you have all your call here in this country for what we have agreement.
There needs to be a new political system where the ICC has the ability to arrest any leader that commits war crimes no matter which country opposes it. To fix that, get rid of opposition power and the UN Security Council and fine countries for rejecting.
ICC also stands for International Cricket Board, cant even correct it or their actions till date how can ICC decide to hold meeting and ask leaders to be present in its own block when prime ministers and presidents are in target. We need more inclined staff and placements all over world for ICC and UN to support this not combined but as different entities and share the info along side.
