MARK MY WORDS – TYLA IS BEING AALIYAH'd INTO THE INDUSTRY OF USA SO THEY CAN STEAL THE GENRE OF AMAPIANO, SHE IS THE SACRIFICIAL LAMB!!!!! WATCHHHH!
Light skin pretty privilege, because so many other African artists are much better.
What injury did she have to cancel for ?
She needs protection around her 1000% she will be abused like Britney Spears back in the day if the wrong ppl get they claws on her .. and she’s adorable so.. please god protect this woman (and all woman) ❤
Crzy how TikTok trending artists get Grammys nominations and Grammys now not h@ting but crzy to see the times change
Just bc a song is every where bc of a tik tok dance doesn’t mean she deserved it
You are so funny 🧡💜🤎
Tyla is our colored quuen, YES I said it bitches, WE are colored and PROUD
Tyla is working and she’s exactly on the path she needs to be! She and her team putting in that work and I love it ❤️
You should react to the girls need love remixes
5:25 Dee, we want to see you do that challenge.
7:17 she better be careful bc he follow any up and coming girl 😭 he better not be trying to get with them
"Can you blow my bacck" or whatever she said. Lmaoo, jk. Water was definitely a grower for me.
Tylas very rihanna coded
When i think african beats i think tems
Lol dw Dee its not a hot take, alot of of us agree, Americans hopping on afrobeat be a miss miss miss hit miss again
Fun Fact she's a industry plant and the label spent millions pushing her song nothing organic about her or her music it's all about who you know
10:05 Tyla isn't an Afrobeats artists & Afrobeats artists tend to come out of Nigeria & Ghana where the genre comes from also Afrobeats has been huge outside of Africa for more than a decade now it's just that like always Americans have caught on late.
6:50 facts! The only American artist that actually sounds good on an Afrobeat song is Chris Brown
I enjoyed her performance of To Last on VEVO. She has a great ear and takes music seriously. Butterflies is a great song, wish her the best 🎉 🙌🏾
Everybody just salty cos it wasnt a Nigerian man who won.
Like bye.
She’s definitely getting pimped out behind the scenes
she just had to cancel her entire tour over an injury that hasn’t healed for a year. i hope she is still able to continue having success with more music after that
Normani is better
she’s talented but it’s just another lightskin getting more praise as usual honestly. that’s just how the industry is. same thing with ice spice 🤷🏽♀️ it’s all about looks and whose more marketable. there’s so much more people who deserve recognition for the amount of work they put in consistently for years and make music that lasts
Girl Next Door is still my favorite song by her (underrated)
6:44 – 6:53 I agree with that statement
a kpop group just ripped off water for their comeback song lmaoo
It's giving pretty privilege 😊
The difference with an american artist hopping on a song like water is that the original song is still very english/ american with an amapiano groove in the background. Like there's barely even african slang in the song if anything it sounds like an american rnb singer on afro.
