Say at a 40% ratio if you deficit spend $1 you might get about $1.40 of near term benefit. But at a 90% ratio you will get less and actually impede economic growth. The higher the ratio the lower the return. This is know as the Rienhart- Rogoff Theory. And with Biden’s deficit spending, we are adding $1 trillion dollars every 100 days.
Right now the entire global economy has a debt to GDP ratio of over 300%. The Global economy is thus doomed for maybe more than 2 decades.
If Trump is elected this year and takes office AND the Republicans take both the House and Senate the worst of the global Great Depression can be minimized and shortened within the United States. Otherwise it will last 20+ years and be by far the worst in history with starvation in America.
