  1. I’ve got a favour to ask! If you enjoy this, please double check that you’ve liked the video and subscribed to the channel! Thats a small way you can help us carry on doing this ❤️🙏🏾 really appreciate you!

  2. Sugar and additives in food are what is killing people. Check the ingredients and buy minimally processed foods. Cook at home. Live longer and better. But the issue too is the stuff in foods like pesticides GMO, microplastics, heavy metals. Not much we can do about those. More antioxidants maybe.

  3. Thank you. That was a great interview. How can you live life in the future and not turn what you are talking about into a religion? While I would not argue with your principles. Ultimately we have to calculate the risks going forward. Riding in a car is a risk. It so happens I love sugar, even on my lettuce and tomatoes. I am 83 years old, just had a hip replaced and the doctor said I was in good nick, I take one Thyroid tablet a day only. My mother and Grandparents lived well into their nineties and `lived' on cake and puddings. There are acceptions. I do not mean to be annoying, just thinking aloud. African's life expectancy? They eat grain/grass seed pounded with pole-like sticks in a hollow wooden log bowl. That would be carbohydrates finely processed? I have marvelled at what Jorden Peterson and his daughter have with their meat diet and how it has cured them of dire diseases. Hmm?
I will try without sugar and see but I am not sure a little extra life will be worth it.

  4. This man is doing humanity a great favor, im not sure how many of you are aware of this but hes taking on a lot of companies by doing this. If the FDA were to change their regulations a lot of companies would lose money, some might even go out of business.

  5. We grew up in nature, but modern living is trying to take us away from nature. We eat synthetic food, work indoors for long hours with unnatural light. We stress our body too much until it cant take it.

  6. My dad started smoking age 9 he continued until he died age 80 , not fom cancer but negligence in the hospital being treated for a hernia.
He didn't even have a cough after all that smoking. I dont understand why ?

  7. THANK YOU FOR THIS INTERVIEW. THIS DOCTOR MAKES SO MUCH SENSE. I WATER FAST REGULARLY. IT IS EASY TO FAST, BUT ONE HAS TO START SLOWLY. HOW DO YOU GET IN TOUCH WITH THIS DOCTOR?

  8. Look we ‘All’ gonna die of something, no pretty corpse….we have breathe breathed and it’s taken away 🙏🏾 we ‘ALL’ eventually reach that destination., King to Pauper, What lays beyond is a matter of faith and belief!

  9. When I went on steak, eggs, cheese, nuts, and water. I felt better and had more energy, needed less sleep, woke wakeful and not groggy. Also lost weight very quickly, but it stabilized about 30 pounds lighter than I was. I was also only eating once per day and was full throughout the day which was interesting.

  10. CEO asked some very interesting questions. I rarely comment on your particular videos, but this, was very enlightening. I’m going to find somewhere where I can live without other crazy money people…we’re killing ourselves for the sake of the $0:99 cheese burger (amongst other things) 🤷🏾‍♂️🤦🏾‍♂️

  11. Reason cancer has escalated in places like Africa is because average life expentancy has jumped from 40 to over 60 since comtact with the West.

We're living longer, as do our pets vs wild animals.

Age is the biggest factor of all. Older you get, the higher the chance of developing it.

    Pretty straightforward.

  12. Medical industry still in dark ages in my opinion. I don’t trust the system. Until it improves. My parents also dead because of the system and malpractice in my opinion.😢

  13. Thanks for the informative content. Confirming research and how body works Inside-out. Testing it this week while I’m healing from fall back side kidney injury sick and off work. Using MCT powders and less or no carbs. Letting body heal faster. Once this information gets out and people find out this information wasn’t promoted more vs sick care emergency medicine drugs and surgery for profits. Not all doctors are bad. 🎉❤😮

  14. The other drawback of living an agrarian lifestyle is that about one year out of ten, the crops fail. The other benefit of aerobic exercise is that visceral fat (which is the worst kind) is the first kind to be burned.

  15. While this is interesting, it is worth mentioning…

    Acceptance in the Scientific Community:

While Dr. Seyfried's metabolic theory has garnered attention and sparked discussions, it has not achieved widespread acceptance as a replacement for the genetic mutation model of cancer. The prevailing consensus among cancer researchers is that genetic mutations play a central role in cancer development. However, there is growing recognition of the importance of metabolic alterations in cancer cells, leading to increased research into cancer metabolism and potential therapeutic targets. For instance, studies have explored targeting cancer metabolism as a therapeutic strategy, acknowledging the role of metabolic pathways in tumor growth and survival.

    Criticisms of Dr. Seyfried's Views:

Critics argue that Dr. Seyfried's emphasis on metabolism may overlook the complexity of cancer biology, where both genetic and metabolic factors interplay. Some researchers contend that while metabolic abnormalities are evident in cancer cells, they often result from underlying genetic mutations rather than being the primary cause. Additionally, there is skepticism about the efficacy of metabolic therapies, such as ketogenic diets, in treating cancer, with some studies indicating limited benefits and cautioning against overstating their potential.

In summary, Dr. Seyfried's metabolic theory of cancer has contributed to a broader understanding of cancer biology and has stimulated research into metabolic therapies. However, it remains a subject of debate, and the mainstream scientific community continues to view genetic mutations as fundamental drivers of cancer, with metabolic changes being a significant but secondary aspect.
