DEI is dead. It, and those who push it, can KMA. Will not comply.
We need to start trusting each other and not litigating or forcing it.
According to the labor department, the number 1 group that benefited from dei was white women.
Some things are merit but some are not. Anyone had a boss that sucked at their job (doesn’t matter the race) ???? Or someone got the job because they are family, they know the person, or a lover? I’m sure that wasn’t merit based.
People forget that at one point if you were not a white man, you didn’t get the job. Doesn’t matter how overqualified you were.
DEI stands for Black people
I don't understand why white women should be included in DEI since they were guilty of discriminaton and slavery and they have a majority of the jobs why do they have minority protections they should cut their jobs by half and give those to blacks
DEI is a system of racial and gender quotas. It is discriminatory at its core.
Despite what The Trump regime will have you believe; It is possible to be qualified for a job even if you're not a white, straight, christian male with blonde hair and blue eyes.

The Civil Rights Act of 1964 prohibited discrimination based on race, sex, and other factors in public accommodations, employment, and voting. DEI Policies are in direct violation of that Act.

Real democracy does not necessarily mean diversity and equality. We need the best people to serve our people. Our new members of cabinet simply comprise the best people for the jobs.
Do I roll my eyes at a lot of DEI stuff? Yeah, but Trump and conservatives aren’t saying, “corporate DEI policies mainly exist to protect corporate interests from discrimination lawsuits.” They’re saying “get the blacks out.”
It doesn't matter. DEI is going away because it's destructive, both in the public and private sectors. There's no amount of yelling about racial identity politics is going to change that.
DEI was like the Slave Compensation Fund, where slave masters & holders received $Billions for the lost of their property. DEI only benefitted white people and never benefitted Black people.
At the end they say, “it is merit based”. No, if government programs continue to promote racial, gender, or sexuality based targets to receive tax incentive, grants, and the like, then you have a target based approach and not a merit based approach. There is no overlap and anyone with an IQ over 95 sees this simple logic.

Since women, blacks, etc are so "irrelevant", maybe our tax dollars are not needed either.

DEI is a program created by the government to purposely divide people. Before DEI… We did not have problems in that department. And now people are divided and people are not shopping in certain places to protest. I’m gonna shop wherever the heck I wanna shop. The other day I saw on TV they made a movie where Captain America is black… Really? Captain America is not black. He is a white man lol. That would be like making a movie about John F. Kennedy starring Denzel Washington. That would be like making a movie about Juice WRLD and his legacy starring David Spade. What a joke! I don’t allow my family to watch anything that is promoted by DEI. Netflix loves to push that propaganda in their films. Netflix also and other companies like them like to push the alphabet people on others. And that gross propaganda. No thanks… And we don’t watch most of it. I’m not going to allow the government to try and put racism in my heart.Cinderella is white whether you like it or not. Popeye is also. Bottom line… I or my family will not fall for that garbage.

How in the world did DEI hiring ever get adopted? DEI, and AA to a slightly lesser degree, is the most blatant, obvious discriminatory practice ever by a corrupt govt! Blatantly illegal per the Constitution, regulation and ethics! Not to mention the huge decrease in quality, productivity, merit and compromising safety leading to deaths! Only backwards, radical liberlism could adopt such corrupt policy, and cause so much damage!
