much love from Ethiopia. like you said we are a land locked country so the fish eating culture is nearly non existent but in the areas with lakes and rivers, the locals live, breathe and eat fish, even raw fish like the japanese and their sashimi or sushi, so addis isnt the place for fish. and i feel like the guide doesnt really take his customers to the best places where they can showcase our cuisine, instead he shows yall like his friends businesses n'dat. but i really do appreciate your interest and effort, i hope you visit again and have a better more authentic experience. thanks
