  1. Same I do I eat at 10.30 morning and after then at afternoon I'll not eat if I feels little bit hungry the.n at 5 pm I'll take little bit fruits and then after , 8 pm I'll do dinner that's all I do

  2. Urine color is not always a valid indicator of hydration. Taking a multivitamin can make one’s urine bright yellow even if they are well hydrated.

  3. I used to have really bad bowel moment. Like stomach pain every time i used to have a lil bit spicy or oily food, having to go toilet multiple times. But since i`ve been doing intermittent fasting for a while now, i can handle spicy food without having any issue – no stomach pain or frequent bowel moments.

  5. intermittent fasting does work, ive been on 1 meal a day for years, building up from 14, to 16, to 18 hours, then 20, i've even done 3 days but thats only once or twice a year as a health booster… Biggest tip i can give anyone, is to watch what you eat on your feeding window, don't over eat, or pig out on junk food, or your fasting will make very little difference. Course that depends on your age, younger people tend to have more muscle mass anyway which means a higher metabolism, the more muscle you have the more you will burn, so can get away more with breaking the rules, but past 40, you have to be a little more strict

Well I don't eat until sometime after 10:00 at night and sometime I don't eat it all I'm not a person that sleep I do not sleep at night so I'll stay in the bed all day I'll get up take care of my cat I'll get back in the bed because my body be exhausted from tossing and turning I cannot sleep so most of the time I don't even eat but I can't say I'm a big Dr pepper drinker I'm not lying to you I have big bags of empty soda bottles that's in my trunk of my car and at my door ready to take to recycle I'm a sugar person and plus I'm already at that age where my stomach is going to not reduce fat really quick because of my age I look at my shape today and I'm like oh my God no no no no no no I'm shaped like a fire hydrant now I used to have a cute body I had a cute volume telling you guys are telling me you got a cute body you got the breast the butt the hips now since I am in my 50s I look like a misshaped woman and I am not happy with that I would love to lose my stomach I have menopause already another thing I do not exercise I live right across the street from Ralphs market liquor store Dollar tree a gas station ask me do I walk to these places and you oughta know the answer no I will drive over there I didn't used to be like this until I got into my 50s and everything just start getting tired I mean tired and I go days without eating seriously and won't lose nothing and then on top of that I have thyroid so I've been taking my thyroid medicine every day and people have been telling me you look like you're losing a lot of weight you look like you're losing a lot of weight Tanya I'm not a breakfast person unless I have a taste for it the things that I do eat I love salads what fruit and cheese and beets and corn I love cheese I like sandwiches with turkey breast and when I cooked I cook a good meals baked chicken cabbage or I will mix corn and peas together with shredded cheese green onions and a little ranch dressing I like to eat like that I do not eat beef I only eat chicken and ground turkey why am I still having a lot of belly fat

  7. Here's the thing…no matter what the window, I can always eat more calories than I burn. So, even though IF is helpful, it's still all about the calories in/out. I have to use calorie counting app. Also, that sleep dude Matthew Walker says you don't want to be too low on food, you won't sleep as well.
