@TheRadPlayer

Very simple solution. Add a 50.000 pound home-buy for higher ranked teams, dependent on both teams' consent. Skip the replay, keep the nonleague revenue.

@tombriggs7765

Its already been ruined by them. League 1 & 2 teams should refuse to play premier league teams' U21 teams in the home bargains cup or whetever its called now.

@UserTheLion7722

It's because of uefa and fifa who keeps adding more tournaments and increasing games so obviously they won'twanna hve to play more games

@Stelios78910

I donโ€™t get why they canโ€™t keep replays until the third round.

@niv1362

Or you know….fuck the carabao cup, and keep the replays for fa cup

@PatrickMapper

I was a Charlton fan at the Southend game and I genuinely just wanted to call it a day when we were on the ropes against them. Would rather have had the replay especially since weโ€™ve both experienced having no money and leech owners as clubs

@primevsprime611

As a stevenage supporter who went to the fa cup game it really is annoying for no replays because both teams played as best as they could and I stayed for the whole penalty shootout in that game but a massive congrats to Guiseley who were definitely the better team for most of that game

@imranmuktar3655

But if there are replays, thereโ€™s also extra fixtures (which everyone is saying is another problem in football) ๐Ÿคทโ€โ™‚๏ธ

@BlackChrishi

And let's play useless games in preseason instead so some rich holes can get richer

@CaironKumatia

Play the games at the teams in the higher divisions ground

@Khans-door

Major 6 trying not to ruin England football challenge: impossible

@LoneWolf-zr6wi

maidenhead was robbed aswell thanks niran making aware

@charskull

Its been dead for 15 years man. Noone cares anymore than the carabao cup

@ChijiokeUba-p2d

the fa cup is just being disregarded in general by the fa and some ppl I've talked to(ironically all big 6 fans),like ppl would rather win the prem over the oldest,most prestigious domestic cup in England and maybe even the world

The FA only care about the big teams

@jaiswole8709

Don't forget the new rule in the League Cup that stops European playing clubs from facing each other before a certain round that now means the smaller teams have even less chance there as well.

@dev0nSA1nt

it makes no sense that the big clubs don't have to play replays- teams in lower leagues play far more games anyway and this only applies to the 7 teams in Europe each season compared to over 1000 that are eligible for the cup- let alone the first two rounds which are literally league one and below. don't even get me started on the cup final- the biggest game in England, no arguments, regardless of whatever's happening in the league- is now within the Premier league season as if the FA think it's less important. Football's not a business. and if that is the only thing it has become then I'm no longer a supporter, merely a consumer

@Blazedreptile

Yeah thats not a fa problem, uefa and fifa have increased games. You csnt have a players being forced to play 70 matches a season. Thia affects all teams in Europe

@PhilomenaMerritt-e5e

This deserves so much more attention!

@SandraGreen-sq6qq

Such a vibe, love the energy here!

@Kleinbwai1382

Players say the fa cup is ruining football, the irony

@ahmadzahraniAAZ

So, in short, if you're using a problem, in this case, too many matches, for your own goals, which end up ruining grassroots football, then you deserve whatever problems overcongestion gives you, is that right or did I miss something?
