Has ECOWAS done the things it was setup to do? No, they have work with the West and mainly France to keep these 3 countries poor. Why should they go back, back to what.

Stop talking nonsense about advantages of ECOWAS. You guys that at at leadership positions are Rhodes that enjoy what you are calling advantages. Can you try to all about what are going on in AES today? Many things that resulting from the best governance are reducing cost of living and medical treatments that are in some extended free of charges today to citizens. Do you have that in our countries ?

HELLO ARISE NEWS FAMILY. THERE IS HUNGER [PEOPLE HAVE PERISHED] IN THE LAND OF NIGERIA. WHAT HAS ECOWAS DONE TO HELP BRING ABOUT FOOD SECURITY IN TO THE LIVES OF NIGERIANS? HOW HAS THE MASSES OF AFRICANS BENEFITED FROM ECOWAS WHOSE MEMBERS ARE THE LEADERS WHO ARE LED BY THE WEST? WHY WOULD MALI, NIGER OR BURKINA FASO'S LEADERS VOLUNTEER TO CRAWL BACK INTO THAT CRAB BASKET WHERE THEY CAN WATCH THEIR PEOPLE CONTINUE TO SUFFER MUCH INSTEAD OF STAYING AWAY FROM THAT CRAB BASKET AND CONTINUE TO WORK HARD TO BRING ABOUT PROSPERITY TO THEIR PEOPLE?…

As long as some of Ecowas leaders treat their people unfairly and with violence, ecowas is doomed. Those positive achiements listed are so insignificant compared to potential of eccowas.
Why do people in the ecowas zone still have do be racketted by nasty officials (especially Ghanean and Ivorian border officers) at the borders?

The threat of military invasion and the imposition of economic sanctions on them was what greatly angered them to pull out of ECOWAS. It gave the impression the regional body was acting in the interest of Western powers and not Africans.
How about the sit tight leaders in Togo, Benin and Ivory Coast?

These two morrons couldn't answer the question of why these Sahel states decided to leave, what ECOWAS did? Mr Moussa particularly was at the forefront declaring war to Niger. He traveled all over Europe to invite his masters to come help them fight the war against another fellow ECOWAS member. Shame on him! We support the decision taken by Mali, Niger and Burkina-Faso to leave ECOWAS. ECOWAS is led by the West.

Not every Leader who speak of freedom is real. We all have seen how intertwining most of this our African Leaders have gotten them self with the West especially ECOWAS, CEMAC and AU member Leaders. This enslavement to France, US, UK and Israel has turn them to become fools not to think of how dangerous it has been to their population and countries. AES has taking the right decision to quit the Union, we all pray they should stand by it.

So what should they comeback to when their results and blueprint make sense 🔨🫵🏾. ECOWAS has no hand to stand on; seriously, change of mind to be under stupid bureaucratic control and interference conditions.
