  2. I am from India, currently living in Southern India (though I am a Bengali). Doesn't Injera look similar to a Dosa? I see that Injera is made using Teff flour, which is a very close cousin of Raagi flour. Both do look the same. If you see some videos on how to make dosa using raagi flour, it does look similar to Injera. What do you say?
