When I used to work valet a while back, I got to drive a Spectre. Coming from a tuner background, all of my cars had track-tuned suspension, while driving the Spectre felt like I was literally driving a cloud. That's the only way I could describe it; the car feels like it's floating.

With those prices, it seems like RR is pricing the upgrade as separate replacement price which by rights should be calculated as Car base price $400K minus selected components such as seating cost for example $6,000 so $400K – $6K = $396K plus the cost of the replacement component, in this case seating $13,300 so it should cost $407,300 but its as if they are simply adding on the cost ignoring the cost reduction in material cost of materials that would otherwise have been used ie charging $413,300 for $407,300 of car. Not that anyone who can afford this car would care.
