Just a side comment, at 0.47, a person is smoking while walking in a crowded walking area. I don’t care personally, but I didn’t know people in the States could still do that. Is it because indoors is so strict that people feel really unrestrained in their smoking actions outdoors?

Using DEI, Affirmative action is being weapon used to say " blacks" are not qualified for positions they are hired for.
The fact is blacks are usually overqualified for anything position they apply for. Eliminating these programs eliminate competiton foe whites,Asians and others. The job market is getting smaller. White men never wanted to compete, " the best qualified person should get the jobs" is just talk.
