lol..these guys are not Congolese…also he is not the “village chief” his the rebel commander..I thought it was very interesting when they switched from what ever Congolese language they were speaking To Kinyarwanda when things got intense, I also noticed a radio “walkie talkie” in their hands, interestingly enough some of the guys in this vid were being told to keep quiet on many occasions…..all that weed smoking and weed farming. its clearly a copping mechanism…they probably have trouble sleeping with all the crimes they’ve probably committed weed is essential for their mental health .
