My grandbaby tried to commit suicide ,because of peer pressure. That was two years ago. She is doing well now . I said to her these same words. This movie touched, on my life as well. My ex was influenced by her girlfriends on a girl's trip. Now has deep regrets. I didn't argue or fight. I gave her permanent space.
I went back, to being the man, that she had,before she got tricked.

Victoria who hurt you? She's probably a big reason the one friend is divorced and the other is heading in that direction. She manipulates her friends and hides behind status and superficial things to prove she's happy. Definitely not a good friend.
I loved this Movie. It was so encouraging.
sometimes GOD, will separate you early in life, to stop you from being unequally yoked. This is why Elise was chosen to go to another college and not with them. Victoria influence was very strong over them. I have been Elise, the one that was loving and kind and always encouraging and giving advice. But when it came down to me needing that it was never returned. There was so many red flags of Victoria being a bad friend, and she was jealous and envy her. In the movie this worked out. But in reality we are to avoid friends like Victoria. We also should not follow people or allow them to have influence over your life. We should follow Jesus only. People will fail you but GOD never will. I knew when they were talking in bathroom after prom Victoria had control over Nora and the other girl. But not Elise, due to her having a relationship with GOD and strong parents she was different. If you are truly a GOD-Fearing woman we have all been Elise. The baby situation was a lot for her and GOD knew this that is why he sent Mya and her guy in to help Elise and her husband to cope. This was her circle of equally yoked people GOD had chosen for them. I felt sorry for Victoria at the end pretending and having to obort babies due to being tied to the wrong guy. But she did a good thing for Elise at the End of the movie that almost made me cry. Victoria will get healing now that she has gotten rid of weights that have possibly haunted her since high school. Jealousy and Envy are heavy weights. Well these are my thoughts…great movie!
