I’ve been to el golfo de santa clara.. local seafood restaurants, will sell you “endangered” species of seafood, on the low. You literally joke around with them, they laugh and try to act sly about it, that its illegal… then they come back and say if you got the $, they will prepare it for you.
they could just start farming those fish in controlled fish farms but they dont even attempt to that !!! …
