They should consider state security, have arial, airforce, military, GSU, police and private top security as a bunge security detail. Then the building will be done. Everyone has their fears and business to handle. But President Doctor WS Ruto must do something to put that house in order. Somehow appease intrests of members to their people further.

That is almost 10b, you can bet if it was a private firm doing it, within 5 years that building could have been completed with only 7b or less, fully polished wnd working. Anything with govt is all about incompetence and corruption
The name of that building should be changed to “ Bure” towers.
